1. Eligibility: The referral program is open to individuals aged 18 and above who refer potential clients to JBR Residential and meet the program criteria outlined below.
2. How it Works:
a. To participate, individuals must refer potential clients to JBR Residential.
b. A "referral" is considered valid when the referred client contacts JBR Residential and signs a contract for a renovation project.
c. The referred client must make a deposit for the renovation project to be considered eligible for the referral program.
3. Commission Structure:
a. The referrer will earn a commission based on a percentage of the total dollar amount of the job.
b. The commission percentage will be determined by JBR Residential and may vary based on the size and nature of the renovation project.
c. The commission will be calculated and paid after the referred client's deposit has been received by JBR Residential.
4. Commission Payout:
a. Commissions will be paid out within 7 days of the referred client's deposit being successfully processed.
b. Payments will be made to the referrer's designated payment method or address provided to JBR Residential.
5. Multiple Referrals:
a. Referrers are encouraged to make multiple referrals.
b. Each valid referral will result in a separate commission payment.
6. Exclusions:
a. Referrers may not refer themselves or immediate family members.
b. The referral program is not applicable for projects initiated before the start date of the program.
7. Program Changes:
a. JBR Residential reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
b. Changes to the program will be communicated to referrers via email or other specified channels.
8. Compliance:
a. Referrers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
b. JBR Residential reserves the right to disqualify any referral that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
9. Agreement Acceptance: Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
